The evening begins with canapés before moving into a beautifully crafted sequence of dishes - Japanese milk bread with whipped pine butter, crab salad with Oscietra caviar, venison ravioli, scallop tartare, confit sole, duck and orange, and an indulgent beef fillet with black truffle. Dessert brings a vibrant blackberry and thyme creation, followed by the signature Cliveden Cigar with tonka and hazelnut, and finally Cannelle with a Lillet‑based cocktail.
Guests may elevate the experience further with the Classic Wine Flight (£130), curated to complement each course and highlight Champagne, Barbaresco, Chablis, Saint‑Émilion Grand Cru and more.
