With a career spanning five decades, Chef Daniel Galmiche is one of only a handful of chefs in British culinary history to have earned four individual Michelin Stars at four separate restaurants. A familiar face on British television for over twenty-five years — including two decades on BBC1’s Saturday Kitchen and ten years on ITV’s James Martin’s Saturday Morning — Daniel is one of the most respected and recognised French chefs working in the UK today.

Born in Lure in the Franche-Comté region of Eastern France, his lifelong passion for cuisine began on his grandparents’ small-holding organic farm, where seasonal produce, game hunted with his father, and the aromas of his mother’s kitchen ignited an ambition he declared at the age of five. Today, Daniel is recognised worldwide as a champion of contemporary French cuisine with a modern twist — lighter, more eclectic, and infused with Mediterranean and Asian influences developed across an extraordinary international career.

    All events are adult only unless otherwise specified. Adults are classified as aged 18 and above. Full-prepayment is required at time of booking. Cliveden House reserves the right to cancel or amend any events up to 7 days prior to arrival if minimum numbers are not reached making the event unviable - at which point a full refund will be offered. Cancellation received from clients after payment has been made will be allowed to 14 days prior to the event. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will be charged at full value of the purchase price. Tickets can be only be transferred to other guests with the approval of the hotel. All dietary requirements, where applicable must be advised a minimum 7 days prior to the event. The maximum number of tickets can be purchased by an individual will vary depending on the specific event and the capacity offered. Clients will receive full details of each event the week prior to the event in addition to the automated confirmation received at time of booking.
